Rooms

Jambo House

Popular room categories at Animal Kingdom Lodge are Standard View, Pool View and Savannah View. Pool View rooms can be quite noisy - especially during the 6 a.m. power washing of the deck furniture and all afternoon when a DJ plays music and hosts games. Standard View rooms overlook the hotel's check in area and are the least expensive. Savanna View rooms have views of the animals and come at a premium cost. The animals tend to be active at dawn and at dusk, not much happens during the day. Floors 3 and above have the best views of the animals when staying in Savannah View rooms.

Standard rooms at Animal Kingdom Lodge have two distinctions that separate this hotel from other Deluxe properties:

Two queen-size beds, or one queen-size bed and a bunk bed, or one king-size bed.

Standard rooms accommodate up to four Guests, plus one child under age 3 in a crib.

Club Level

Guests choosing Club Level accommodations at the Kilimanjaro Club receive personalized concierge service, a lounge with continental breakfast, midday snacks and evening wine, hors d’oeuvres, cordials and desserts. Private, guided safaris might be available to Club Level guests.
