My Disney Experience

Link your reservation number to your My Disney Experience account. If you don’t have an account, create one now.

My Disney Experience is your gateway to the magic that allows you to create and organize your plans.

You can use the mobile app or website.

Room and Ticket Packages

  • If you booked a package, your room reservation and tickets will both link to your account automatically just by entering your reservation number. No need to link tickets separately.

Room Only Reservation with Separate Tickets

  • If you booked a room-only reservation or if you purchased your theme park tickets separately (not part of a package), you will need to enter both confirmation numbers manually.

Traveling with another party?

Link your My Disney Experience accounts together so you create plans as a group. Look for Family and Friends link in your account.

Park Pass

Theme park reservations are required for those with military discounted tickets and annual passes.

If you purchased your tickets as part of a package, you do not need to make theme park reservations.

Magic Bands

Magic Bands are no longer complementary and they are optional.

TIP: If you prefer MagicBands, purchase them through your My Disney Experience account, they cost less there.

If you do not wish to purchase Magic Bands, you can obtain complimentary Key to the World cards at your hotel. These cards have the same features as a Magic Band but look like a plastic credit card.

If you have Magic Bands from a previous trip, you can use those. Just be sure they are listed as “active” in your My Disney Experience account. .

Most people are using MagicMobile. You can use your phone to do the following:

  • Enter your Disney Resort hotel room

  • Enter the theme parks with MagicMobile

  • Order and pay for quick-service dining

  • Purchase merchandise at select locations without stopping at the register

  • Additional features will be coming soon!

Dining Reservations

Dining reservations for table service restaurants are required. You can begin making reservations 60-days in advance. If you need help determining when that is, just send me an email.

The dining page unlocks at 6 a.m. The phone line open at 7 a.m. 407-WDW-DINE

Disney Genie+

Disney Genie+ allows you to bypass the regular lines at many attractions using the Lightning Lane. You’ll find Lightning Lanes located outside each participating attraction that are identified with an overhead sign. This is managed in the Disney World mobile app.

Genie+ can be purchased the day you wish to use it, it cannot be purchased in advance.

You can expect to bypass the lines at 2-3 attractions.

Airport Transfers

You have several options to travel between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World.

  • Sunshine Flyer - a shared shuttle service, usually coach buses.

  • Uber and Lyft

  • Rental Car - can be included in your Disney Resort package. Cannot be included on room-only reservations.

Future Payments

All future payments towards your reservation need go through Magical Vacations Travel. It's easiest to leave a card on file, but if you prefer to use a different card you can use the Online Payment Request form to update your payment information. 

Memory Maker

This photo package allows you to download unlimited photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers, including photos taken at select dining experiences, landmarks and attractions. 

TIP: If you are traveling with another party, you only need one Memory Maker subscription. Just be sure you are linked in the Family and Friends section of your My Disney Experience account. This will allow you to share Memory Maker.
